How do I pay?

Checkout runs on Stripe, the payment service used by millions of online stores. You enter your card and shipping address on Stripe’s secure page, so we never see or store your card details.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

FITWRIGHT* SAVAGE CREW. Savage Crew is a Fitwright brand, so your bank shows both names. Some banking apps shorten it.

When will my order arrive?

Each shirt is printed after you order it. Printing takes 2–5 business days, then shipping time on top. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

What if the size is wrong or the print is damaged?

Open your order status page (the link is in your confirmation email) and use Report a problem. Damaged, lost or wrong items get a free reprint or a full refund. You don’t send anything back.

How do the shirts fit?

Standard unisex sizing. If you’re between sizes, most people go up.

Where do you ship?

To the countries listed at checkout.

I can’t find my confirmation email

Go to find my order, enter your email and order number, and we’ll resend your order status link.

Are the reviews real?

Yes. Only people who bought a shirt can review it, from their order’s private status page. We remove spam, not criticism.
